Where is my data stored?All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or upload any personal information to external servers.How do I export my mood data?Go to Settings → Export Your Data. You can choose Plain Text or CSV format. Your data will be saved to your device for sharing or backup.How do I switch languages?Go to Settings → Language. You can choose between System (follows your device), 中文 (Chinese), or English.What is Aware Pro?Aware Pro unlocks premium features including 8 nature soundscapes for meditation, in-depth emotional trend reports, rare/epic/legendary moment cards, and card sharing. Plans start at $2.99/month or $12.99/year.How do I cancel my subscription?Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Aware to manage or cancel your subscription.How do I delete all my data?Go to Settings → Erase All Data. This will permanently delete all mood entries, preferences, and moment cards. This action cannot be undone.The meditation audio is not playing.Make sure your device is not in Silent Mode. Check that your volume is turned up. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app.
