Aware ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal mood journaling and self-care application developed by Aether Studio. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Data Storage

All personal data you enter into Aware — including mood entries, journal notes, meditation progress, moment cards, and personalization preferences — is stored locally on your device only. We do not operate any servers that collect, store, or process your personal data.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or account information (no account is required)
• Your mood entries, journal content, or emotional data
• Your birthday, life stage, or personalization choices
• Your location, contacts, photos, or other device data
• Analytics, usage tracking, or behavioral data

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Aware Pro subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. All billing is managed by Apple in accordance with their privacy policies.

4. Third-Party Services

Aware does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party involvement is Apple's in-app purchase system for Pro subscriptions.

5. Data Export and Deletion

You can export your mood data at any time from Settings in plain text or CSV format. You can also erase all data from within the app at any time. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your data.

6. Children's Privacy

Aware is not directed at children under 4. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
